The rent default rate of UBS «Anfos» was further reduced in the first half of the 2023/2024 financial year and now stands at 3.3%. With an increase to CHF 67.8 million, rental income is CHF 2.5 million higher than in the previous year. The leverage ratio is 21.1% with an average interest rate of 1.2% and a median remaining mortgage term of the portfolio of 4.6 years.
