Zurich, 10 July 2024 – UBS announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding AUD 700mn additional tier 1 instrument with ISIN CH0488506673 (the "AUD AT1 instrument") on 27 August 2024, the first call date. The AUD AT1 instrument was issued by UBS Group AG on 27 August 2019 and is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The last trading day of the AUD AT1 instrument will be 23 August 2024.

Additionally, UBS announces its intention to redeem the total outstanding SGD 750mn additional tier 1 instrument with ISIN CH0495570928 (the "SGD AT1 instrument") on 4 September 2024, the first call date. The SGD AT1 instrument was issued by UBS Group AG on 4 September 2019 and is listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The last trading day of the SGD AT1 instrument will be 2 September 2024.
