Social Media Password Update Confirmation For external UBS social media users
This is a mandatory declaration for all official Social Media Publishers and Ad Publishers to complete.
The UBS password guidelines require all passwords used for UBS purposes to be changed every 180 days.
Or, if you are not currently using UBS social media, and don’t have any passwords in use you must also declare below.
Your passwords for social media access may include one or more, or all of the following:
Access to Sprinklr. You have been given a license for the tool, which prompts you to update your password.
Direct Logins. You use a @ubs.com email address to login to an account natively (e.g. for Thought Leaders).
Private accounts. You use your private password to access your private social media account, which is then connected to a UBS social media business manager.
Personal Business accounts. You use your personal business account with your @agency.com email address, to access UBS social media, typically an Ad account.
The login credentials used to access UBS social media needs to be inline with the ‘Cyber & Information Security (CIS) Technical and Specialist Requirements’, summarized below:
