Collaborating for our community

In APAC, we develop long-term partnerships with local community Non-Profit Organizations, work closely with them and take time to fully understand their cause, strategy and expected impacts. This allows us to develop creative ways to provide a range of support, including employee skill-based volunteering, over and above straight financial contributions.

Our focus

Community Affairs programs in Asia Pacific seek to overcome social challenges by investing in our two global focus area of "education" and "entrepreneurship". We achieve this by providing targeted financial support and employee volunteering to make a long-lasting impact in our local communities.

In our 13 locations across Asia Pacific, we partner with over 50 NGOs and co-create projects with the active engagement of our employee volunteers.

Regional Volunteering Experience

Regional Volunteering Experience

Asia Pacific is the only region globally that provides a cross-locational employee volunteering opportunities. Every year, employees travel outside of their own locations to work on various volunteering initiatives in collaboration with colleagues from around the region and local NGO partners.
The Experience provides a rare opportunity for local community partners to work with volunteers from diverse expertize and backgrounds. For employee volunteers, it is an excellent networking and team-building opportunity.
