Please be aware that the integration of Credit Suisse and UBS creates a unique opportunity for fraudsters to contact our clients purporting to be from our organization or selling fake investment schemes from our entities. This could be a means to get information from our clients or to trick clients into sending money to a new account. Please be vigilant if you are contacted by an unknown party. UBS and Credit Suisse entities will never contact you by email or telephone with new bank account details. Before transferring money or sharing personal details, please contact UBS (or relevant bank) by telephone. If you are already a client, please contact your UBS or Credit Suisse advisor.

Seminar and dinner: business casual.

Electrical appliances

230 volt alternating current is used in Switzerland. Sockets accept plugs with two or three round pins. A limited number of adapters is available at the hotel reception.

Insurance

Please note that you are responsible for arranging adequate health, accident and liability insurance for your stay in Switzerland.

Laundry

A laundry service is provided by the hotel. You will be charged for use of the service.

Medical care / pharmacy

First-aid is available, but there is no resident physician or nurse at the hotel. In case of an emergency, house calls can be arranged.
