UBS remains the largest private bank in Asia Pacific with USD 383 billion in assets under management (AUM), according to Asian Private Banker. UBS has retained its top spot for the fifth consecutive and also emerged top of the Relationship Managers (RM) Headcount League Table with 1,037 front-line bankers.

UBS was once again been named number one globally for "Best Private Banking Services Overall" in the 2018 Euromoney Private Banking Survey. We were also named "Best Private Bank Overall’ in APAC and Hong Kong. In total, UBS received 11 global awards and ranked first in 44 regional awards and also in many country-specific categories.

The annual survey is among the most prestigious in the industry. It is based on opinions collected from client-facing banking professionals around the globe.

UBS has retained our top position in the 2017 Private Banker International (PBI) Top 20 Asia-Pacific Assets Under Management (AUM) Rankings for the fifth year in a row as the largest private bank in the region.

In addition, we have been recognized by PBI as Outstanding Global Private Bank, Overall and Asia Pacific – for the 5th and 3rd consecutive year respectively at the Private Banker International Global Wealth Summit 2017. We also took top honors for Outstanding Wealth Management Technology Initiative – Front End.

With over 2 trillion US dollars in assets under management (AuM) in 2016, UBS remains the largest wealth manager in the world, according to Scorpio Partnership’s Global Private Banking Benchmark 2017. It is the fifth year in a row that UBS has claimed the top spot in the study.

Based in London, Scorpio Partnership is a leading global strategy and research specialist on the wealth management industry. The Global Private Banking Benchmark tracks more than 200 private banks and subsidiaries and measures them according to key performance indicators across the private banking business model. Overall, the wealth management industry is estimated to manage USD21.1 trillion in private client assets.

UBS has retained its top spot as the largest private bank in Asia Pacific for the fourth consecutive year in 2016 with USD 286.4 billion in assets under management (AUM), according to Asian Private Banker. UBS also emerged top of the Relationship Managers (RM) Headcount League Table with 1,016 front-line bankers.

In addition, UBS was once again named Private Bank of the Year at the AsianInvestor Asset Management Awards 2017.

For the fourth time running, UBS has won the award for "Best Global Private Bank" in the Global Private Banking Awards.

It also retained the "Best Private Bank in Asia" title for the fifth year in a row.

UBS also emerged top of the Relationship Managers (RM) Headcount League Table with 1,092 front-line bankers.

In 2016, UBS regained the title of Best Global Private Bank in Euromoney Private Banking and Wealth Management Survey 2016. UBS topped all segment-specific categories (ultra high net worth, high net worth and affluent clients) globally, and was named "Best Private Bank Overall" in Asia for the fourth year in a row. Additionally, we were once again named "Best Private Bank Overall" in Hong Kong and Singapore and were also voted number one in the newly introduced "Innovative Technology" and "SRI/Social Impact Investing" categories.

UBS has once again received one of the most significant banking awards in the industry and has been named Best Private Bank for Hong Kong, China International, Taiwan International, Taiwan Domestic, Discretionary Portfolio Management as well as Philanthropic Services.

The awards were presented by The Asian Private Banker Awards for Distinction to recognise Asia's preeminent private banks for their annual accomplishments and achievements.

UBS retained its top spot as the largest private bank in Asia Pacific in Private Banker International's assets under management league table and was awarded "Outstanding Global Private Bank - Overall" for the third year in a row.

In addition, UBS was named "Outstanding Global Private Bank - Asia Pacific" and took top honors for "Outstanding Philanthropy Offering" and "Most Innovative Digital Offering" at their Global Wealth Awards 2015 held in Singapore.
