If you currently use a Credit Suisse credit card, there will be no immediate changes. You can continue to use your credit card as usual. You will be informed of any changes or action needed. Find information and answers to common questions below.

For CSX, the price is made up of the prices of the accounts and cards you have selected. You therefore only pay for what you have selected. Details of the prices can be found in the factsheetabout CSX Plus credit card. The fees are charged to the CSX Current account in CHF on a quarterly basis.

The CSX Plus credit card gives you cashback when you use the card for qualified purchases. Cashback for the respective accounting period is shown on the monthly bill and credited to the card account of the primary cardholder. A cash payment is not possible.

You will receive the additional cashback for eligible payments with your CSX Pro American Express® card eligible for cashback within the first three months after receipt of the cards.

The CSX Mastercard® / Visa Platinum credit card gives you cashback when you use the card for qualified purchases. Cashback for the respective accounting period is shown on the monthly bill and credited to the card account of the primary cardholder. A cash payment is not possible.

You will receive the SWISS voucher worth CHF 100 approximately one to two months after you receive your CSX Platinum credit cards. You can redeem the voucher for a SWISS flight (LX flight number) within one year using your American Express® Platinum Card at swiss.com.

In order to use the “SIXT rideˮ credit worth CHF 200, you must register online via American Express®. Once you receive the SIXT welcome email, you can view your credit balance at sixt.com/ride or in the SIXT app (login required). The credit will be used automatically on your next booking. You can use both vouchers every year, but they cannot be combined. Not redeemable for cash.

You can request the Priority Pass with American Express®. Please note that it may take several weeks for your Priority Pass to be sent out. Alternatively, you can use the digital membership card in the Priority Pass app.

Note: To receive the web PIN, you must provide the email address associated with the link to the app.

You will earn one Membership Rewards point for each CHF 1 you spend every time you use your American Express® Platinum Card. The Membership Rewards points have no expiration date. You can view your current points balance in the Swisscard app, on your credit card statement, or online in the Membership Rewards Shop.
