  2. Click on “Sign in” under Returning Voters
  3. Click on “View my Ballots”
  4. Select the voting areas you would like to vote in and rate UBS first, and then our analysts
  5. Return to the platform at any time during the polling period – any votes entered at the end of polling will be considered final. Thank you for your vote

  1. Click here and click “Register to vote” and enter your business email address and create a password and verify automated email validation.
  2. Once your email is validated, “Sign in”
  3. Click “Request a vote” next to Japan Executive Team Survey 2025
  4. Fill out the information on yourself & your company and hit SUBMIT
  5. If approved, you will be notified by Extel via email. If you are having trouble receiving a ballot or verification email, please reach out to japan@extelinsights.com
