The choice of trustee is important as the trustee is the legal owner of the trust assets. Our overriding duty as the trustee under the law is to take care of the trust's assets in the best interest of the beneficiaries.
We operate trust companies in four jurisdictions, including The Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Jersey and Singapore. Acting as a corporate trustee, we administer assets in accordance with the trust deed. We can incorporate and administer underlying companies, and provide directors, officers and nominee shareholders. Our trust companies are staffed by teams of experienced trust professionals who work closely with specialists throughout our global network.
