UK Philanthropy Forum
Tackling educational inequality through collective impact
Tackling educational inequality through collective impact
We are delighted to be holding our UK Philanthropy Forum in London on 7 February 2024
The event will focus on educational inequality in the UK. Despite the UK being one of the world's largest economies, children from the most disadvantaged backgrounds leave school a year behind their more advantaged peers. And in recent years, this 'disadvantage gap' has grown - it is now at its widest since 2012. (Fair Education Alliance Report Card 2022).
The good news is that there are organisations challenging this narrative — developing solutions to drive systemic change and ensure that all children, regardless of their background, can thrive in education and beyond.
And by working together strategically, we can scale these solutions through collective impact.
This event will bring together philanthropists, experts, and changemakers in the UK education space. It will provide the opportunity to share insights and discuss how we can work together to ensure that all children in the UK receive the education they deserve.
