Merger of Credit Suisse AG with UBS AG

The merger of UBS AG and Credit Suisse AG was completed in May 2024 and the transition to a single US intermediate holding company took place in June 2024. We continue to make progress related to the integration of Credit Suisse, with the current focus on client account and platform migrations.

Following completion of the Parent Bank Merger (PBM) of UBS AG and Credit Suisse AG, Credit Suisse AG’s business was transferred to UBS AG, and Credit Suisse AG ceased to exist. At this time however, the two entities did not operationally merge and, as a result, we continue to have two sets of operational infrastructure and processes during this transitionary period. Consequently, UBS AG is now the sole parent entity, and all direct subsidiaries of Credit Suisse AG have become direct subsidiaries of UBS AG.

Client service

Where the Credit Suisse Investment Bank businesses complement UBS's strategy, the corresponding positions/business will be transferred to UBS systems and infrastructure after we and our clients become operationally ready to allow for such transfer. We will approach clients to notify when transfers to UBS infrastructure will take place.

Any Credit Suisse AG platforms in place prior to the completion of the PBM continue to operate in parallel in the immediate period post completion. We will notify you of any further changes in due course.

Please continue to reach out to your Credit Suisse AG contacts for any operational questions including lifecycle events, tax enquiries, collateral calls, settlement instructions or corporate action changes.
