Dear readers,
We have achieved further important milestones in the integration of our Swiss real estate business in recent months. Following the merger of UBS Asset Management Schweiz AG and Credit Suisse Asset Management (Schweiz) AG on 30 August, we have advanced in merging our investment teams operationally. At the beginning of November, we announced our plans for future pricing and the mutual naming alignment of our Swiss real estate funds under UBS, as well as the planned changes to streamline and align our real estate fund offering in Switzerland over the next few years.
