Integration of the Swiss real estate business of UBS Asset Management and Credit Suisse Asset Management is progressing as planned. We reached another milestone at the end of April when the two fund management companies were merged, marking the start of our joint market presence. For the first time, in this issue of the real estate update we will familiarize you with ongoing projects relating to the real estate investment products of both UBS and Credit Suisse.
The next important legal steps will follow in the coming months, with the aim of bringing our investment teams together. The future management team has already been appointed and we put in extensive work towards the integration process. I would really like to emphasize at this point that continuing to service all investment portfolios remains our top priority.
