- documents of an urgent character (e.g., payment order)
- documents that have to be submitted with an original signature (e.g. banking agreement)

- Login to E-Banking, select “Mailbox” and then “Submit documents to UBS”

2. If you have multiple E-Banking contracts with UBS, you must select the banking relationship to which the documents apply. Then, select the subject (general, financing, retirement, investments) under which your documents fall

3. Provide the information for the submission:
a. Select the recipient.
b. Drag the documents into the field designated for this or upload them via “Search”
c. For documents with a subject of “Financing”, please select the category for each uploaded document
d. Add an optional message for the client advisor
e. Complete the submission by clicking on “Submit documents”
