If you have a more specific or complex inquiry, you will be redirected to the relevant advisory team within the chat interface.

UBS Chat is currently available in a beta version and is continually being improved.

Can the UBS Virtual Assistant answer individual questions?


The UBS Virtual Assistant is based on pre-defined answers and cannot respond to individual queries. This means that our system uses pre-programmed information to respond to frequently-asked questions and direct you to the right digital service or, if necessary, our team of consultants.
