The face of wealth is changing

The face of wealth is changing and becoming more gender-balanced. Women hold a growing share of global private wealth (30% since 2015)* but the financial industry has been slow to respond to their needs.

We've also added the Global Gender Equality UCITS ETF to our suite of impact investment products, investing in the Solactive Equileap Global Gender Equality 100 Index (100 global companies chosen on 19 diversity measures like equal compensation, transparency, accountability, gender balance and sustainability policies).

Investing in LGBT

In 2018, UBS launched the InsightShares LGBT Employment Equality ETF, an exchange-traded fund investing in companies that promote equality for LGBT employees in the workplace. Our first ETF in the US will track an index based on a Human Rights Campaign Foundation gauge of corporate equality.
