LGBTQ
UBS leads in LGBTQ equality
The Human Rights Campaign (HRC) annually rates major companies on their corporate policies and practices pertaining to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning employees. For the eleventh year running, UBS received a top score of 100% in HRC's Corporate Equality Index (CEI).
Pride Networks
Our pride networks are a platform for employees interested in creating and sustaining an LGBT-friendly environment where people are comfortable being open and honest about their sexual orientation, gender expression or gender identity.
Pride Month
UBS participates in Pride Month in many of our locations, with a series of events that aim to counter prejudice against non-heterosexual people; including the Pride March.
This is an important economic issue, which is becoming more and more important as the world economy changes. Learn more from our Global Chief Economist, Paul Donovan.
UN standards on human rights for LGBTI
The United Nations Human Rights Office has developed five business standards for companies to adopt to promote equality and tackle discrimination against lesbian, gay, bi, trans and intersex (LGBTI) people in the workplace. UBS is a proud supporter of these standards.
