Global Wealth Management

Personal & Corporate Banking
We offer comprehensive financial products and services to private, corporate and institutional clients in Switzerland. And our leading position in these segments is how we maintain a multi-channel approach.
The business is a central element of our universal bank delivery model, supporting other business divisions by referring clients and growing the wealth of our private clients (so they can be transferred to Wealth Management).
Our Personal & Corporate Banking utilizes the cross-selling potential of our asset-gathering and investment bank businesses. It also manages a substantial part of our Swiss infrastructure and banking products platform. We’ve got variety.
Asset Management
Our Asset Management is large-scale and diversified, with a presence in 22 countries. Want options? We offer investment capabilities and investment styles across all major traditional and alternative asset classes, as well as platform solutions and advisory support (to institutions, wholesale intermediaries and wealth management clients).
Investment Bank
Our Investment Bank offers corporate, institutional and wealth management clients expert advice, innovative solutions, execution and comprehensive access to international capital markets.
We provide advisory services and in-depth cross-asset research, through our business areas. Along with access to equities, foreign exchange, precious metals and selected rates and credit markets. On top of that, we're also experts in capital markets flow activities, including sales, trading and market-making across a range of securities.
Group Functions
Our Group Functions include control functions such as Finance, Risk Control (including Compliance) and Group Legal. It also contains all logistics and support services, including operations, information technology, human resources, regulatory relations and strategic initiatives, communications and branding, physical security, information security, as well as outsourcing, nearshoring and offshoring.
My colleagues value my legal expertise, business approach and ethics. I foster collaboration between the legal department and business.
Technical expertise is only one ingredient in the recipe for a good software engineer. Another is collaboration. When you work in a supportive environment, you fix problems painlessly, step by step.
Working in HR requires great organization skills, an eye for detail, and knowledge of applicable regulations. Change implementation is also an integral part of my responsibilities.

For most junior roles
If you’re a great fit, you’ll receive a link to record your video interview. Be sure to treat it like an in-person interview. Dress smartly, keep eye contact and be concise. You’ll do great.
3. Interviews
The last part of this process is a series of virtual or in-person interviews. You’ll get the chance to meet your future line manager and potentially some peers or senior leaders. Show us your personality, tell us about your skills and share why you’re a great match for the position you’d love. This is your chance to really market yourself, so don’t be afraid to leave us with a lasting impression.

4. Making a match
We won’t leave you hanging. After the interviews, we’ll reach out as soon as possible. If it’s good news, we may ask you for some extra info (credit check, referrals, etc.) so we can finish up our screening process.
