Category Specific Terms will apply according to the types of products or services provided to UBS. In most cases they supplement the UBS General Terms and Conditions, but some are freestanding.
Suppliers must comply with any applicable Global Supplier Policies. These Policies will form part of the supplier's agreement with UBS. The table below lists the Global Supplier Policies and specifies the circumstances in which each Policy applies.
