Storing a mobile number
Before you can activate safety and banking functions, you need to store your mobile number with us.
Please note: The mobile number makes it possible for us to send you confirmation codes via SMS, contact you in case of suspected fraud, and inform you if security-relevant events occur.
On your smartphone
Log in to the Mobile Banking App.
Open your profile.
Select your name.
If you have several banking relationships, please select the one for which you would like to store your mobile number.
Under Phone, select the plus icon at the bottom of the page.
Select the country. The international prefix is inserted automatically..
Enter your phone number without the first 0.
Activate Use this number for security messages.
After a few moments, you will receive an SMS with a code which you will need to enter into the Mobile Banking App to confirm your phone number.
Follow the further instructions in order to finalize registration in the Access App.
Your mobile number is now stored with us.
On your computer
Log in to E-Banking.
Open your profile, go to My contact details and select the pencil icon.
Under Phone numbers, choose Add phone number.
Enter your mobile number without the first 0. If you have a non-Swiss phone number, change the international prefix. Activate the option Activate this telephone number for security messages.
Choose Next.
Check whether the information is correct, then select Next.
After a few moments, you will receive an SMS with a code which you will need to enter into E- Banking to confirm your phone number.
Follow the further instructions in order to finalize registration in the Access App.
Your mobile number is now stored with us.
