Submit documents to UBS securely and easily

Only PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text and image files up to a size of 20 MB are allowed.

    Important:

    The following documents are not approved for this type of submission:

    • documents of an urgent character (e.g., payment order)
    • documents that have to be submitted with an original signature (e.g. banking agreement)

    1. Login to E-Banking, select “Mailbox” and then “Submit documents to UBS”

    2. If you have multiple E-Banking contracts with UBS, you must select the banking relationship to which the documents apply. Then, select the subject (general, retirement, investments) under which your documents fall.

    3. Provide the information for the submission:

    a. Select the recipient.

    b. Drag the documents into the field designated for this or upload them via “Search”.

    c. Select the category for each uploaded document, when applicable.

    d. Add an optional message for the client advisor.

    e. Complete the submission by clicking on “Submit documents”.
