How do I change my address and where?

The quickest and easiest way to change your address is via your E-Banking or Mobile Banking App.

Changes via the Mobile Banking App

Log in to the Mobile Banking App.
Navigate via the menu to “Settings > Settings and security > Profile > Manage contact details.”
Tap the edit icon on the “Address” tab.
Select “Domicile address” or “Delivery address,” depending on which address you want to change.
Change your address and tap “Next.”
Check the information and tap “Confirm.”
Confirm the change with your Access Card and card reader or via the Access App. The change is effective immediately.
