Order a replacement credit card
If your credit/prepaid card is defective, you can order a replacement card free of charge in E-Banking or Mobile Banking.
Tip: If your card was lost or stolen, use “Block a card” option in your UBS Mobile Banking App or in E-Banking. Your replacement card will be issued automatically than.

On your smartphone
1. Log in to the Mobile Banking App.
2. Tap Cards.
3. Tap the card you’d like to order replacement card for.
4. Tap the three points on the upper right.
5. Tap Replace broken card.
6. Follow the instructions.
A replacement card will automatically be sent to you by mail.
On your computer
1. Log in to E-Banking
2. Navigate to Accounts & Cards > Settings for cards > General > Replace card
3. Select the card for which you want to order replacement
4. Follow the instructions
A replacement card will automatically be sent to you by mail.
