Thank you for joining us at the recent Singapore Townhall. Over 700 of you across our three office locations participated. We hope it provided you with a good overview of our co-creation journey so far and our next steps forward together.

You are invited to check out the scale model of our new home at 9 Penang Road at our show booth now open at ORQ 49/F lounge. The booth will give you a taste of our new workspace at 9 Penang Road and enhanced offerings in Hansa Point.

In the next few months, this booth will bring you more developments - from the look and feel of our new and enhanced premises, to the way we collaborate in our new workspaces. Do participate proactively in our upcoming activities where we can collectively build a UBS that continues to bring out the best in us.

Since we first announced our plans to move into our very own UBS Building at 9 Penang Road, we have been gathering feedback from you through various channels. Thank you for your active participation and valuable inputs as we co-create our new home together.

Hearing from you: In our recent Workspace Survey, we asked what a productive and collaborative environment means to you. About 1,700 of you responded and helped us understand what matters most to you, and the type of spaces needed for higher productivity and collaboration.

Staff Engagement Workshops: Close to 200 of you joined us at the Leadership Interviews, Focus Groups and Workspace Design Workshops. With you coming from across all businesses and functions, we were able to help each other understand our varying needs and our present and ideal working styles.

Today, we are delighted to launch our 9 Penang Road Microsite, a dynamic platform which will continually evolve with latest updates and news along the way. I highly encourage you to bookmark this page. This will be where you can find our next steps forward, upcoming activities, discussions that you can be part of and the overview of our 9PR Move Timeline.

We will also like to invite you to a UBS Singapore Branch Townhall on Monday, 22 July, where we will be sharing detailed takeaways from the survey and workshops; where we are currently at; and the next steps.

We hope all of you will be part of every step we take towards our move. Your views and concerns matter to us.
