FAQs
- Get your account number.
- Sell shares or exercise options/Stock Appreciation Rights.
- Request funds.
- Turn on (or off) paperless delivery (e-delivery).
- Verify you have a valid Account Authorization Form on file.
- Find the below documents:
Transaction Confirmation (if applicable), 1099 (Consolidated Form), Advice of Exercise, UBS Account Statement, Tax Filing Guide. - Find statements and other documents (transaction notices, account statements, prior tax reports and more).
- You need to transfer shares to another UBS account or transfer shares outside of UBS.
- Your company is no longer on the platform, but you still have an account; your employment status changes; or your account becomes inactive.
- You cannot reset your PIN or Password on the website.
- You want information on a full-service account in order to purchase or deposit other securities.
- You need to change your address.
- You need help accessing your ID.
