Private clients
It is not possible to change your name via E-Banking or Mobile Banking App, as we require a new specimen signature and copy of your passport/ID (for non-Swiss citizens, we also need to see your foreigner's ID). Go to a branch office near you with the original documents.
Corporate clients
To register a name change, contact your client advisor.
Important: For companies entered in the commercial register, the new name must already be entered there for us to make the change.
