I was paid, but did not receive the money in my account

First, check to see if the transaction is shown in your UBS TWINT App.

How to show the list of transactions:

  1. Log in to the UBS TWINT App
  2. On the start page, choose the transactions icon in the top-right corner next to the menu
  3. Refresh the list by choosing the refresh icon in the top-right corner
