Amount is not visible in UBS TWINT
Transaction not visible in the app?
If you do not see the transaction in your UBS TWINT App, the problem could be...
- You have multiple TWINT apps installed. Please check for the transaction in your other TWINT apps.
- You’ve had another TWINT app in the past which is still active, even though you’ve deleted it. Please re-install the app and check for the transaction there.
If you still cannot find the transaction, please ask the person who sent you the money to contact their bank for TWINT support.
