Amount is visible in UBS TWINT
If you see the transaction in your UBS TWINT App but you can’t find the payment in your account, then make sure to check the transactions of the account that you have defined as the TWINT credit account.
How to check which account is your TWINT credit account:
- Log in to the UBS TWINT App
- Open the menu in the top-right corner of the screen and choose Settings
- Choose Manage credit account
You will see the connected account. Please check that account for the payment.
If you still cannot find the payment, you can submit a complaint. We will then investigate the transaction and try to help you find a resolution. To avoid delay, please do not report the same case more than once.
