If the recipient cannot find the payment, the problem could be that they have multiple TWINT apps installed, and the payment went to one of the TWINT apps they aren’t expecting. Please ask the recipient to check all accounts that may be connected to a TWINT app.
If the payment still cannot be found, you can submit a complaint. We will then investigate the transaction and try to help you find a resolution. To avoid delay, please do not report the same case more than once.
