I paid but the money was not received

First, check that the mobile number you sent money to is correct.

How to find the mobile number of the person who received the TWINT payment:

  1. Log in to the UBS TWINT App
  2. On the start page, choose the transactions icon in the top-right corner next to the menu
  3. Open the relevant payment to view its details, including the mobile number
