I would like a refund from a merchant
First, contact the merchant directly and request a refund.
If you cannot reach an agreement for a refund, and the transaction is at least 10 days old, you can submit a complaint. We will forward your complaint to TWINT and get back to you. Please retain all documentation associated with the transaction – your refund request and all other emails, letters, receipts, etc. To avoid delay, please do not report the same case more than once.
Please note: receiving a refund may take several weeks.
