Our global financing services terms. These comprise:
GFS general terms: Our GFS general terms (Edition 1.3 October 2022). As modified by your GFS elections, they will apply to global financing services we provide you.
GFS ISDA terms: Our GFS ISDA terms (Edition 1.5 March 2024). As modified by your GFS elections and the GFS general terms, these will govern your swap transactions.
GFS operating terms: Our GFS operating terms (Edition 1.4 October 2022).
These contain important information about our day-to-day operations.
PRT and cash account terms
PRT and cash account terms
Only for portfolio swap clients who have not entered a GFS agreement, our GFS PRT and cash account terms (Edition 1.1 March 2024). As modified by your PRT elections, these will govern portfolio swap transactions you enter under your ISDA Master Agreement.
