"As we embark on 2025, Powercoders remains dedicated to closing the digital divide by empowering refugees and migrants through ICT training and opening doors to careers in the IT industry. With Switzerland facing a shortage of nearly 40,000 ICT specialists, we are committed to addressing this demand by equipping our participants with the skills they need to thrive in the this industry. Our mission is to foster equal opportunities for diverse talents in the tech sector.

This year, we are expanding our initiatives, including our flagship intensive Bootcamp, Futurecoders, which ignites a passion for the digital world among less privlidged youth and Women Connect, supporting women from diverse backgrounds in exploring IT careers. By promoting diversity and inclusion, we aim to cultivate a tech industry that mirrors the vibrancy of our society.

We invite companies, volunteers, and supporters to join us in this journey. Together, we can turn challenges into opportunities and create a brighter, more inclusive digital future for everyone."

"At Moleaer, we unlock the power of nanobubble technology to increase efficiency, productivity, and sustainability for our customers. 2025 is about delivering this impact at scale. We know that even nano-sized innovations can drive big transformations – every partnership and solution we implement contributes to stronger communities and a healthier planet.

This year, we’re focused on providing tailored solutions that tackle the toughest challenges our customers face, whether it's growing more food, treating water, lowering operational costs, or recovering vital resources. We'll continue to leverage our technology to help customers, communities, and industries unlock greater efficiency while using fewer resources.

As we look ahead, our 'revolution' is simple: partner smarter, execute faster, and drive outcomes that matter. Together with our customers, we’re not just delivering nanobubble solutions, we’re building a future that’s both sustainable and resilient."

Perkins school for the blind

"Perkins helps children with disabilities find their place in their world. This has been our work for nearly 200 years; it’s the reason Perkins-trained teachers have been called “miracle workers.” And in 2025, we're looking ahead to a new year of making quality education accessible, driven by our shared belief that every child can learn.

We partner with local governments, educators, and families in public schools around the world to make learning accessible and inclusive. From Brazil to Bhutan, in Jaipur and Jakarta, from Almaty to Zagreb, this year Perkins trained teachers, unlocked the power of families, and supported children to learn. In 2024 alone, we reached nearly 1.2 million children. That’s not a miracle - it’s our everyday work.

Helen Keller (the most famous Perkins student) once said: “Never bend your head. Always hold it high. Look the world straight in the face.” Together, we will continue to hold our heads high."

"2024 has been a transformative year for DePoly. Being named a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum, winning the Top 100 Swiss Start-Up Award, and breaking ground on our Showcase plant in Monthey were major milestones. Additionally, our partnership with Swiss clothing brand Odlo showcased the growing demand for sustainable solutions across industries.

Looking ahead to 2025, we are excited to continue building on this momentum. The inauguration of our showcase plant will mark the successful scaling of our advanced recycling technology from pilot stage. We also aim to close our Series A round, enabling us to expand our operations, advance our R&D, and take critical steps toward developing our first commercial plant.

With these goals in sight, 2025 promises to be another impactful year for DePoly."

"In 2024, we've continued to drive innovation in resilient agriculture at Regrow Ag, taking #110 on the 2024 Deloitte Technology Fast 500™. Our digital platform has empowered businesses across the supply chain to measure, reduce, and report their environmental impact while enhancing profitability.

As we look ahead to 2025, our resolution is to accelerate the adoption of sustainable agricultural practices globally. We aim to expand our reach and impact by scaling our technology to support more farmers and agribusinesses in transitioning to regenerative practices, continuing to roll out industry-leading products and data analytics capabilities to provide even more precise, actionable insights for climate-smart decision-making, and forging new partnerships with key players in the agrifood industry to create a more resilient and sustainable food system. Our ultimate goal for 2025 is to significantly increase the acreage under sustainable management, driving measurable reductions in agricultural emissions while boosting productivity and profitability for farmers worldwide."

"In 2024, methane solidified its role as a critical focus in global climate action, with widespread recognition that reducing methane emissions is essential to achieving climate goals. Now, in 2025, methane is expected to take centre stage in the fight for a healthy planet.

This past year, Daphne Technology achieved key milestones, including deploying a SlipPure™ pilot in the U.S. land-based energy sector, collaborating with Williams on the MERP grant, and commercialising PureMetrics™ to measure emissions. These accomplishments reflect our commitment to measuring and reducing methane emissions, driving innovation in challenging energy sectors.

At Daphne Technology in 2025, we aim to accelerate growth across all segments, scaling our impact on methane abatement throughout the energy generation value chain. By advancing scalable technologies, precise monitoring, and impactful reduction strategies, we remain dedicated to enabling industries to reduce emissions and continue to make a measurable difference in achieving global climate goals."

"At Enveda, we are incredibly proud to have entered the clinic fulfilling our 2024 resolution: advance a leading pipeline of 10 drug candidates, and raised an incredible USD 130million series C in 2024. We're just getting started and are even more excited about what is on the horizon in 2025.

Our first resolution is to prove our thesis that nature is the most validated source of new medicines by showing positive proof-of-concept with our lead asset in atopic dermatitis. The second resolution is to bring hope to even more patients by launching 3 more clinical trials this year in new indications. The third is to use our platform to unlock the greatest unknown property of human physiology, the 90%+ of unknown chemicals in our body, by starting the human chemome project."

"2025 is our year to double down on proving the business value of sustainability.

The CSRD and other regulations are kicking in, but political fluctuations and wavering focus on sustainability bring uncertainty.

I resolve to show businesses that sustainability isn’t just about compliance—it’s about unlocking growth, resilience, and trust.

Sweep’s mission has always been to turn data into action, and in 2025, we will focus on helping our partners see the tangible returns of embedding sustainability into their strategies.

By empowering companies to align financial rewards with environmental and social progress, we can demonstrate that sustainability is not just good for the planet but essential for long-term business success."
