The UBS Employee Health Centers are a partnership with Premise Health, a leading direct healthcare provider. Designed to focus on you – addressing your health needs and your concerns with resources to get you in, out, and back to your life.

In addition to the core services, the Premise Health medical staff at the UBS Health Center is equipped to administer a COVID-19 Antigen (Sofia 2) test** on-site, providing results in 20 minutes.
*Visits will incur a charge at the time of service until your deductible is met. Once the deductible is met, the UBS Group Plan pays 100% of the primary care office visit.
** There is no cost to the employee for the COVID-19 Antigen Sofia 2 test.
Connect one-on-one with an onsite master's-level certified and licensed counselor at the UBS Health Centers. Virtual appointments are also available, depending on state licensing. Visits will incur a charge of $65 - $100 (depending on location) at the time of service until your deductible is met. Once the deductible is met, the plan covers any visits as an in-network service.

- New York (1285 Avenue of the Americas): Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
- New York (Eleven Madison Avenue): Monday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m
- Weehawken: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
