Yes, Apple Pay is now also available for UBS Debit Cards. By making a payment with your UBS Debit Card via Apple Pay, your bank account will be debited directly.
In this case, please contact our customer service hotline (0800 005522), available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you are using the UBS Mobile Banking App, you must also block it.
However, no debit card details are stored on your iPhone. Therefore, you do not need to block the debit card itself and can continue to use it.
The duties of care set out in the Special Terms and Conditions for the Use of Your UBS Debit Card for Mobile Payment Solutions otherwise apply, as do the General Terms and Conditions for the Use of UBS Debit Cards and the basic provisions for UBS Digital Banking (Mobile Banking: “Menu > Settings > Info & legal aspects”).

If your UBS Debit Card is lost or stolen, you must have it blocked immediately in UBS E-Banking or in the Mobile Banking App or via our customer service hotline (0800 888 601), available around the clock.
If you suspect criminal activity, you must report it immediately to the local police in Switzerland or abroad. The duties of care set out in the General Terms and Conditions for the use of UBS Debit Cards otherwise apply.
UBS will issue a replacement card for each blocked card. The data on the new card will not automatically be linked to Apple Pay and you will need to register the new card with Apple Pay again.
You can delete the link between your cards and Apple Pay in the Apple Wallet app. The physical cards remain fully functional.
You can also suspend your card via the online login of the Apple Account (Apple ID).
The last ten transactions can be viewed in the Apple Wallet app. You can obtain an overview of all the purchases made on your card statement or in UBS Digital Banking.
On the iPhone
In the Apple Wallet app, tap the card you want to delete. Press the icon with the 3 dots on it, scroll down and tap “Remove this card.”
On the Apple Watch
To remove a card that you use on your Apple Watch, open the Watch app on your iPhone, go to the “My watch” tab, scroll down, tap “Wallet & Apple Pay,” tap the card, then scroll down and tap “Remove this card.”
Or tap “Wallet” on the home screen of your Apple Watch, tap a card, press it firmly, and tap “Delete.”
The UBS Debit Card will only be deleted in the Apple Wallet app and remains functional in other payment solutions

If your existing card has been replaced due to expiry or damage, we will automatically link the new card to the Apple Wallet app. You can therefore continue to use Apple Pay without any restrictions
If you change the card product, you must register the card again in the Apple Wallet app. The previous card will automatically be deleted from the Apple Wallet app
