UBS Shareholder Services, a unit of the Company Secretary, is responsible for the registration of the Global Registered Shares. Our share register is split into two parts - a Swiss register, which is maintained by UBS acting as Swiss transfer agent, and a US register for all UBS shares in a custodian account in the US, which is maintained by Computershare, as US transfer agent (see below).
