- US - Enlisted Veterans Apprenticeship Program (EVAP): designed to provide enlisted military veterans the training, development and practical on-the-job experience necessary to build a successful career in Wealth Management. With a focus on veterans with a high school or high school equivalent diploma, part-time bachelor degree candidates and those who have attained bachelor’s degrees. This program entails a 2-3 year apprenticeship as a full-time employee along with supplemental tuition assistance so that veterans may pursue their college degree while employed at UBS.
- US - Veterans Associate Program (VAP): is a 20-week opportunity for veterans who have transitioned from military service within the last two years. You will work with and learn from some of the most successful leaders and teams in the industry, acquire new skills, and make important contacts through training, cross-divisional rotations and interview opportunities for permanent employment. We want participants to see what working for UBS is like so they can develop a broad and realistic view of UBS’s business, culture and workplace.

We’re proud to be thought-leaders, and this award recognises our support to the armed forces and our ongoing commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. “The Gold award is a testament to our commitment to support colleagues who are current or ex-members of the defence and armed forces community. Thank you to all of those that had a hand in making the relevant developments needed for our successful application.” – Christopher McConville, Global Head of Platform Licensing.
