I bought something from an individual seller but did not receive the items
First, check with the seller to see if they have received the payment and shipped the items.
If they have not received the money, continue with I paid but money was not received.
If you still have not received the items and are unable to find a resolution, try to get the money back in your UBS TWINT App by sending the seller a request for the original payment amount.
If the seller will not return the payment or send you the items, then this may be a case of fraud and we recommend contacting the police.
