Moving from school into professional life is a great challenge, which involves overcoming a series of hurdles. Not everyone gets off to a smooth start. Some do not find any trainee places, while others have already dropped out of several training courses. If these young people then lack adequate support from outside, the road leading to the primary labor market rapidly turns into a dead end.

The UBS Foundation for Social Issues and Education supports organizations that provide young people and young adults with training positions and programs in a protected environment with project-related contributions. Furthermore, the Foundation supports occupational integration measures and work training for young people with a difficult starting situation.
