Employment integration
Efficiency, flexibility, change: terms that are part of daily routine for many people today. But not all of them can match these requirements. Mental and physical impairments, a difficult personal environment or psychological illnesses are only a few of the causes that hamper or make it impossible for those affected to take part in professional life. The aim of the UBS Foundation for Social Issues and Education is to make it easier for these individuals to take an active part in society.
The UBS Foundation for Social Issues and Education supports organizations that contribute to the integration of disadvantaged people in professional life with project-related contributions. This can be done in all sorts of ways:
- the creation or further development of work and employment places in protected sectors
- measures for occupational integration in the primary labor market
- education and qualification measures for job-seekers
