Access App activation

Before getting started

Please be sure you meet the following requirements:

I have an activation PIN

You will need to have your activation PIN and contract number ready. Need help finding your contract number?

On your device


1. Install the Access App

2. Open the Access App and enter your contract number

3. Enter the last four digits of your mobile numberthe number you have registered with us

4. Tap Send SMS now - to go to the next step

5. You will receive an SMS – enter the SMS code into the field

6. Enter the PIN code from the letter containing the activation PIN

7. Create a new PIN for the Access app – this is the PIN you will use to log into the app from now on

Your app is now activated!

We recommend enabling push notifications – they make it easy for us to inform you about security related events

I don’t have an activation PIN

After installing the Access App on your device, you can order an activation PIN after just a few steps. Note that before you begin, you will need to have your contract number ready. Need help finding your contract number?

On your device


1. Install the Access App

2. Open the Access App and enter your contract number

3. Enter the last four digits of your mobile numberthe number you have registered with us

4. When being asked if you want to activate the Access App with an existing device, tap No

5. Tap Send letter with activation PIN

An activation PIN letter will be mailed to you automatically via post. When your PIN arrives, please start the I have an activation PIN process.

I already have the Access App on a device

If you already have a device with the Access App, you can use that to activate the Access App on a new device with App-2-App activation.
