The consultation will take place on a digital device via Teams. You will receive an email with a confirmation of your appointment and a link to start the Teams call.

During the call, the advisor will share their screen with you, allowing you to see them via video. Whether you turn on your camera is entirely up to you.

Our tip: dial into the call ahead of time to test your microphone, as well as the picture and sound quality. Your savings will be saved.

The call will last long enough to explain all relevant information and answer your questions. This usually takes between 40 to 60 minutes.

The security of your data is our first priority. Data is exchanged via an encrypted connection on a specially protected server on UBS premises. The consultant does not have access to your computer at any time; they simply share their screen with you.

Just like in our branches, consultation sessions are held by certified client advisors. Video consultations are held in isolated, specially equipped rooms, ensuring discretion at all times.

Yes, video consultations are available free of charge to any interested persons.

Of course, your personal client advisor will still be available to you in your branch. Video consultations are an extension of the support you receive from your branch and on-site advisor.
