MBA Associate Programs

The MBA Associate Internship Program is a 10-week summer opportunity for MBA candidates between their first and second year of business school.

During this time, you'll learn about working in Global Banking from front to back and, through a wide range of projects and training, team up with senior leaders to work on real transactions. You’ll receive invitations for educational and professional development seminars, along with some fun social and networking events.

This internship will also offer you formal mentoring, a key component of the experience.

Full-time Global Banking Associate opportunities are primarily offered to recent MBA graduates who completed a Global Banking Summer Associate internship with us the year prior.

As a full-time Global Banking Associate, you'll have several weeks of training where we'll equip you with the skills and information you need to succeed, and then pair you with the right team.

You'll also have the opportunity to develop a network of colleagues and senior leaders who will be there to help you continuously learn throughout your career at UBS.

Over the course of our MBA programs, you’ll create a great network of colleagues from peers to Managing Directors, enabling you to leverage from some of the best minds in the industry.

Whether you’re working on advisory services, financing solutions, guidance of debt capital trends or providing clients with access to the markets, your learning experience will be steep. If you’re joining as an intern, you may also receive an offer to join us full-time following your graduation!

From the moment you join UBS, you’ll be supported by our experienced and welcoming Junior Talent team. They will be on hand for anything you might need, along with your line manager and mentor who will work more closely with you day-to-day within your local business area.

Whether you join us as an MBA intern or as a MBA Full-Time Associate, we’ll kickstart your experience with extensive training designed to introduce you to all aspects of life at UBS. Training covers both technical and professional skills, specifically designed to ensure you’re up to speed with what you need to know, before joining your team. The induction program is the perfect opportunity for you to also get to know your fellow MBA peers, our Global Banking desks and the Junior Talent team through a variety of activities and socials.
