The ideal solution for recurring receivables
Important information regarding the SIX direct debit procedure
UBS Direct Debit, which is format-compatible with the SIX direct debit procedure (LSV+ and BDD), will remain available even though SIX will discontinue LSV+ and BDD on 30 September 2028. The following applies:
The payment process is significantly accelerated and administration is reduced.
You receive payments on time, and the amount and timing are known in advance.
UBS Direct Debit will still be available to you after the discontinuation of LSV+ and BDD by SIX.
To benefit from UBS Direct Debit, you need the following:
Submit your direct debits digitally to UBS.
For the collection, you create a file in your accounts receivable with the current direct debits of all customers for whom you have a direct debit authorization.
Send the file via UBS KeyPort or SWIFT for Corporates – FileAct.
Following successful collection, you can match your outstanding items using a notification file based on the reference numbers.
Send eBill invoices with UBS Digital Invoicing directly to your clients’ digital banking and retain an overview at all times thanks to the UBS Invoicing Portal.
Create free payment slips according to the Swiss payment standard with just a few clicks on our QR portal.
Collect your euro receivables in the SEPA zone easily and securely. We support both SEPA Core Direct Debits (B2C) and the SEPA B2B Direct Debit scheme.
