How does it work?

E-Banking

  • Step 1

    Log in to UBS E-Banking. To find your agreements, open the Mailbox and choose Agreements. Whenever new agreements are available, you can also find them by choosing the notification bell in the top-right corner. Set up notifications to receive a push notification, SMS or email whenever you have a new agreement.

Mobile Banking

  • Step 1

    Log in to the UBS Mobile Banking App. To find your agreements, open your profile by choosing the profile icon in the top-left corner. Then choose Agreements. Whenever new agreements are available, you can also find them by opening the inbox on the home screen of your Mobile Banking App (choose the message icon in the top-right corner). Set up notifications to receive a push notification, SMS or email whenever you have a new agreement.

      Signed agreements remain available

      All processed agreements are saved as PDFs in Digital Banking. These include agreements with collective signatures as well as rejected and expired agreements.

      In E-Banking, choose Mailbox and then Agreements.

      In Mobile Banking, open your profile and choose Agreements.

      Set up notifications

      How can I be notified when a new agreement needs to be signed?

      UBS E-Banking

      1. Choose Settings and then Notifications and Mobile Banking App.
      2. Open Notifications and then choose Mailbox.
      3. Choose a mobile number and/or email address for Agreements and activate Push notifications.

      UBS Mobile Banking App

      1. On the home screen, open your profile by choosing the profile icon in the top-left corner.
      2. Choose Settings and activate Push notifications (if you haven’t already).
      3. Open Manage notifications and choose Agreements.
      4. Turn on Notifications for agreements and activate Push notifications.
