1. Log on to E-Banking
2. Navigate to “Accounts & Cards > Card invoices”
3. Select a card account, click on the pending invoice and then press “Pay”
4. For “I want to pay”, you can select from the following options:
   • 100% - full invoice amount
   • 50% - half invoice amount (only possible for invoices of > CHF 100)
   • Minimum - 5% of the pending invoice amount, but at least CHF/EUR/USD 50
   • Edit – you can enter the amount you want to pay individually in the amount field

The remaining amount is automatically transferred to the next bill. Interest of 14% per year is charged on unpaid transactions from the transaction date.

If you’ve forgotten your PIN you can order a new one in E-Banking. Unfortunately it is not yet possible to order a PIN in Mobile Banking.

• Log in to E-Banking.
• Navigate to “Accounts & Cards > Settings for cards > General > Order PIN”
• Select the card for which you wish to order a PIN and confirm it.
• You’ll receive a new PIN in the post within a few days.
