With the help of the renovation calculator, you’ll receive a proposal for a tailored and concrete plan for the energetic renovation of your property. In concrete terms, you will receive an overview of the potential energy renovation requirements of each building component free of charge, by entering only a few pieces of information about your property, with the recommended time to carry out the renovation and a rough cost estimate. In addition, the approximate energy demand and CO₂ emissions, each for the times before and after energetic renovation, are displayed.

The building’s estimated CO₂ emissions both before and after an energy-efficient renovation are calculated based on the heating system selected (e.g., oil, gas) and taking into account the determined estimated energy demand.
