UBS me – the individual banking package

UBS Switzerland AG (UBS) will raffle off 200 Galaxus (Digitec Galaxus AG) vouchers each worth CHF 250 to all persons resident in Switzerland and over the age of 18 who open a UBS key4 banking or a banking package UBS me and/or enter the contest via this website from 18 November 2024 (0:00 CET) to 22 December 2024 (24:00 CET).

The winner will be drawn at random after the closing date for registration and will be notified directly by UBS. Multiple participations are excluded. If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable period of up to four weeks, their claim to the prize lapses and UBS may draw a new winner. The prize cannot be exchanged or paid out in cash. There is no entitlement to have the prize issued in another name. The contest shall be governed exclusively by Swiss substantive law. Recourse to the courts is not permitted. No correspondence will take place in connection with the prize draw. Any taxes, fees or duties incurred in relation to the prize shall be borne by the winners.

UBS reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest without giving reasons, in particular if there is even the slightest suspicion of offensive content, misuse or manipulation. By participating, you accept the terms and conditions and agree that the personal data provided may be used for UBS’s own marketing purposes and for product advertising in particular, in addition to the purposes mentioned above. The data transmitted with this form via the internet to UBS is encrypted. However, there is still the possibility that unauthorized third parties may be able to gain access, especially through malware on a computer, to the data transmitted via this form. By using this form to transmit confidential data (e.g., account number) you accept the risk of disclosing the banking relationship and banking client information to third parties, and release UBS from any liability for losses from the use of this form, as permitted by law.

By providing your telephone number and/or e-mail address above you expressly approve UBS contacting you via telephone and/or via unsecured e-mail.
