Order foreign currency

• You are a UBS private client and live in Switzerland¹
• You have an account in CHF, EUR or USD
• To order via E-Banking/Mobile Banking you need to have a valid UBS Digital Banking contract

1) Corporate clients (except sole proprietorships) and clients with a domicile/delivery address outside Switzerland can only have their foreign currency delivered to a UBS branch in Switzerland.

Processing and delivery

• free of charge

Bank notes (per order)

• Foreign currency charged to CHF account: UBS banknote sell rate²
• EUR, USD charged to account of the same currency: 1.0% of the amount
• CHF charged to CHF account: 1.5% of the amount, min. CHF 30, max. CHF 100

Maximum order amount

• Order via client advisor: 25,000
• Order via E-Banking/Mobile Banking/Multimat (per order): 15,000 (or equivalent)
  

2) In the provision of this service UBS acts as counterparty and in its own interest.
