You will receive your KeyClub points quarterly at the end of the following month. For example, you will receive the points for the fourth quarter (October to December) at the end of January.

Your points are calculated based on purchases recorded on your quarterly credit card statement (e.g., January to March), minus cash withdrawals, the purchase of digital currencies, credit card fees, as well as lottery, betting and casino transactions and transfers.

Points are only credited if the minimum amount of 10 collected points has been reached. If you have collected fewer than 10 KeyClub points, these will be carried over to the next period.

KeyClub points for newly opened banking packages

If you have recently opened a banking package as part of a points promotion, you will receive the KeyClub points within six weeks.

Access via e-banking

You can access the KeyClub eStore directly from e-banking. Click the “Accounts and cards” menu and select “KeyClub”.

Access via a direct link

You can also access the eStore via a direct link. Click the link below and log into the eStore using your e-banking login details.

Once you have logged in, click “Redeem points” and select the partner with whom you would like to redeem points. Place the product you would like in your basket and pay for it using ePoints – and with credit card where necessary.

KeyClub points are valid up to December 31 of the year after the date on which they were issued/credited. For example: If your points are credited in April, these will be valid until December 31 of the following year.

The expiry date of the ePoints can be found in e-banking or in your KeyClub eStore account.

Expired points can no longer be redeemed.
